As we know, the differences among Baby Boomers, Gen X’ers, Millennials, and now, Generation Z, are vast; and this fact could not be more evident than when confined to a workplace setting. However, in order to function as a productive team that is both understanding and compassionate toward the challenges faced by each age-group, we must also focus on what we have in common; or what unites us as members of the same workforce, and ultimately, the same society.
In this podcast with esteemed keynote speaker, author, and all-around virtual “life pantologist”, Janice Holly Booth, speaks with host, Fred Coon, about the one factor that all generations share, and how this can be leveraged in the workplace.
