Tom Wolfe is a recognized expert in the field of military-to civilian transition. Prior to launching his career coaching practice and writing career, he was a senior partner at Career Development Corporation, where he provided guidance to separating military personnel for almost 30 years.

Tom graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy, served as a surface warfare officer in the navy, and completed tours of duty as a flag aide, communications officer, and administrative department head. His columns and articles have appeared regularly in such publication as Military.com, Civilian Job News, Stars and Stripes, G.I. Jobs, TAOnline, and Veterans of Modern Warfare.

Tom also authored the acclaimed book, “Out of Uniform: Your Guide to a Successful Military-to-Civilian Career Transition“.
