After years of helping others apply for and land their own dream jobs, she decided to start Seasoned and Growing in the spring of 2017 to reach job-seekers worldwide. She attributes her success to her own quickly excelling career. (She landed an Executive Director position by the age of 26, and changed career fields multiple times.)
