Jethro Lloyd is the CEO of iLAB, a quality assurance consulting firm with offices in the United States, South Africa, Brazil, Australia, and the UK. Under his leadership, iLAB has grown from a small 15 person team of testers to a robust organization of over 800 innovators, strategists, and quality leaders. His philosophy of servant leadership was a core element of this growth process. When he is not working, Jethro enjoys scuba diving, skiing, and martial arts.
